Zinkali Trio with composer Adrienne Albert

The Zinkali Trio performed the world premiere of “War Stories” in its entirety on October 11, 2015, at the 1st Annual Flute Fair sponsored by the New Jersey Flute Society.

The event was held at Montclair State University and was attended by the composer, Adrienne Albert.

The Zinkali Trio is composed of Elise Carter, flute; Susan LaFever, horn; and Laura Ravotti, piano.

Adrienne Albert began composing her own music in the 1990s, after having collaborated as a singer withcomposes such as Igor Stravinsky, Leonard Bernstein, Philip Glass and Gunther Shculler.
